Revitalizing Downtown

The building is a total of 10,000 square feet, including upstairs. It has weathered the 1942 tornado, a fire, and flooding. It was a massive project, but it has been worth all of the time and money. After sitting for years delipidated and rotting, it now houses a CPA firm downstairs with 7 employees, a construction company downstairs with 5 employees, and 7 apartments upstairs. Complete with a conference room perfect for hosting local needs.
