Revitalizing Downtown

Together, we are redefining what downtown Pryor can be.

    6.5 South Adair Street

This historic 10,000-square-foot building, including its upper level, has endured decades of Pryor’s history—surviving the 1942 tornado, a fire, and flooding. After sitting vacant and severely deteriorated for many years, the building underwent an extensive restoration that returned it to active use in downtown Pryor.

Today, the first floor is home to Ober and Littlefield CPA office and M&M Properties. The upper level has been thoughtfully redeveloped into seven residential apartments, bringing new life and activity to the downtown core.

  • TimeFrame

    TimeFrame App

Interactive mats have been installed throughout downtown Pryor to make it easy for both residents and visitors to engage with the TimeFrame App. The app guides users through Pryor’s history, allowing them to experience key moments and stories in real time as they explore downtown.
