Bridgette Nichols
Executive Director
Having spent her formative years in Pryor, Bridgette has a profound connection to the city and our community. With over two decades of experience in the nonprofit, education, and public administration sectors, Bridgette says, “I am eager to give back to the community that has played such a significant role in shaping who I am today.”
Bridgette’s experience with various organizations such as the Oklahoma Council for Economic Education and as a current class member of Northeast Oklahoma Regional Alliance (NORA) underscores her commitment to furthering economic growth and development in the region. She is actively engaged in initiatives aimed at bolstering economic opportunities for Northeast Oklahoma and its communities. This experience has equipped her with invaluable insights and connections that she will leverage in the role of Executive Director.
Bridgette’s ability to cultivate partnerships and build relationships with diverse stakeholders is a key strength that she will bring to Pryor Main Street. Whether collaborating with public school systems, nonprofit organizations, or tribal entities, she has a proven record of fostering connections to create innovative and sustainable programming that drives positive change.
Bridgette has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and holds certificates in both Energizing Economic Development for Community Leaders and Marketing Management. She was a member of the Pryor Area Chamber of Commerce from 2008-11, graduated from Mayes County Leadership Academy in 2009, and was a Rotary Club of Pryor member from 2009-11. Other professional and civic affiliations include RSU Staff Advisory Committee Board Member, Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition Government Relations Chair and Education Committee Chair, Tulsa Regional Chamber,
Tulsa Rotary Club, Junior League of Oklahoma City Training & Development Committee, Alliance for Workplace Financial Education, Oklahoma GEAR UP Parent Leadership Academy, Council Member/Trustee for the City of Ramona and Governors Youth Council, Northeast Oklahoma Workforce Investment Board.
Phil Rerat
Immediate Past President
Phil Rerat is the immediate past President of the Pryor Main Street Board, having served on the board since 2020 and assumed the presidency in early 2022. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business and brings nearly two decades of experience in the information technology field.
Phil and his family relocated to Pryor in 2016 following his wife Cari’s appointment as Director of the Pryor Public Library. They have two children who attend Pryor Public Schools. Outside of his professional and civic commitments, Phil enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and playing disc golf.
Heather Cabales
Treasurer & Organization Chair
Heather is an Oklahoma native who has called Pryor home since 2004. She graduated from Charles Page High School and attended Oklahoma State University. Heather began her career in banking in 2007 and has built extensive experience across multiple roles within the industry. She currently serves as Vice President of Bank of Commerce in Pryor. She is actively involved in the community and serves on the board of the Pryor Academic Excellence Foundation.
Samantha Williams
Vice President & Promotions Chair
Samantha Williams is a Pryor transplant originally from Norman, Oklahoma. She attended Southern Methodist University, where she earned a degree in broadcast journalism. She previously operated businesses in Pryor and also owns a travel agency, Limitless Travel. Samantha has served in various community roles, including participation with Pryor Main Street’s Promotion Committee and the City of Pryor’s Hotel/Motel Tax Allocation Board.
