Zach Craddock
Interim Vice President
I graduated from Union High School in 2012 and, in search of finding meaning, the Lord led me to join the Army Reserves in 2013 where I still faithfully serve as a military police soldier. As a 2-time Operation Enduring Freedom veteran I am proud to give all that I can to support my family, our country, and our freedom. I plan to give that same level of passion and commitment to Pryor Main Street.
When I’m not working, I love to spend my time with my wife, Katie, and my son, Dutton. We moved to Pryor in November of 2025 and have fallen absolutely in love with this community. My desire to help uplift this community comes from knowing my son will grow up in this town and hopefully carry on a legacy of growth and passion for his community. I want my family to make a lasting impact and help to establish a trend of growth for the City of Pryor.
I plan to help our current small businesses mitigate risks while trying to implement strategies to enhance the economic outlook of our community. I hope to be able to showcase all our town has to offer for prospective new businesses in order to entice them to join us in bringing Pryor to a place of continued success and prosperity!
Vanessa Mullings
Interim Secretary
Vanessa D. Mullings brings a formidable track record of executive leadership, strategic growth, and workplace culture cultivation to the Pryor Main Street board. Owner of ETCH & BURN in Pryor, Vanessa relocated her career to Oklahoma with a clear vision: to invest her extensive business acumen into a community she deeply values.
Equipped with advanced studies in Human Resources Management, Organizational Change, and Strategic Staffing from the University of California, Irvine, and the University of California, San Diego, Vanessa built an elite reputation as an architect of organizational growth. As the Director of Human Resources for Rivo Holdings, she was a central catalyst in expanding the workforce and scaling the enterprise to over $80 million in annual revenue. Crucially, she achieved this financial scale while fiercely championing the people behind it, leading the company to be honored among the "Best Places to Work" by the San Diego Business Journal.
Her career is defined by a rare ability to balance high-level operational rigor with genuine human connection. From navigating complex federal export regulations and managing ISO:9001 certifications, to founding the corporate leadership program "RISE University" during her executive tenure at Rise Armament, Vanessa understands exactly what it takes to build resilient, successful organizations from the inside out. Her dedication to service also extends well beyond the corporate sector; she is a proud Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Auxiliary, and actively contributes to Mayes County Blue Star Mothers.
Today, she channels her extensive corporate and community expertise into the Coo-Y-Yah District. Vanessa views downtown Pryor not just as a historic center, but as the heartbeat of local entrepreneurship. By leveraging her academic foundation, her proven history of scaling businesses, and her talent for cultivating award-winning environments, she is dedicated to helping Pryor’s local merchants thrive—ensuring the town continues to grow as a welcoming, prosperous, and highly distinguished community.
